Kyriba pioneered cloud-based financial technology, becoming a global leader in treasury management. With the world’s largest library of bank formats and most extensive network of connected banks, Kyriba serves mid-market to enterprise customers with complex global cash, risk, and liquidity needs.
My Role
I joined as a principal design consultant and quickly grew into the Head of Product Design & Experience.
I was brought in to guide product modernization and scale design maturity from the ground up. I expanded the design org, defined product vision, and partnered across engineering and GTM to support platform evolution and business growth.

Built Kyriba’s first dedicated UX and UI engineering departments (scaled team from 1 to 16)
Evangelized design thinking across an engineering-led culture
Defined the product experience vision and led prototyping, IA, and usability strategy
Introduced Heap analytics and trained PMs on data-informed decision making
Result: UX became a strategic pillar of platform innovation and customer satisfaction

Launched Kyriba Premium and patented FX Exposure—a flagship analytics feature
Created the Bank Format Store—a self-serve developer ecosystem for partner contributions
Built the Format Template Builder—a low-code developer tool for bank logic
Supported integration of FireApps post-acquisition, including IP, design, and product vision
Result: Accelerated new product delivery and increased developer contribution by 40%

Modernized Kyriba’s SaaS and mobile platforms to align with product-market fit
Led platform migration, CMS rollout, and launch of internal tools (training system, help center, partner portal)
