Lookout is a global cybersecurity company recognized for its comprehensive mobile endpoint protection, threat intelligence, and secure cloud platforms (SASE/SSE). It offers one of the most expansive and frequently updated threat detection libraries in the industry—often outpacing competitors in identifying and publishing emerging threats.
Lookout’s enterprise solutions include advanced features such as Data Loss Prevention (DLP) classification and Managed Security Provider (MSP) support, enabling organizations to protect data across devices, users, and cloud environments.
My Role
I joined Lookout as a Lead Product Designer and was quickly promoted to Senior Manager, becoming the highest-ranking UX leader during a long period of rapid organizational change. In the absence of a Director or VP, I served as the executive-level sponsor for UX—driving strategy, scaling the team, and leading end-to-end experience transformation across critical product lines.
I led experience strategy and platform transformation across four enterprise security products. My team and I delivered product innovations like agentic AI for anomaly detection and enterprise reporting, and helped secure multimillion-dollar renewals with strategic customers like Verizon and Vodafone, and supported sales, marketing, and GTM efforts through design.
I also led a full product portfolio redesign, co-led a rebrand, and helped Lookout navigate major M&A transitions including the acquisition of CipherCloud and the sale of multiple business units.

Promoted from Lead Designer → Manager → Sr. Manager, absorbing VP and Director responsibilities post several rounds of layoffs as the company went through restructuring.
Mentored and scaled a distributed team of designers and researchers across all platforms.
Led a complete product rebrand, aligning brand identity, UI, marketing assets, and sales tooling.
Co-led sales enablement efforts—including design support for late-stage negotiations & renewals.

Partnered with Sales, PMM, and Marketing to co-create messaging decks, in-product onboarding, and sales collateral.
